Incident Narrative
On December 3, 2015, at approximately 1:45 pm, an employee fell from an 8-foot fiberglass stepladder. The employee was installing an exterior light on the side of a building using a hammer drill while standing on the stepladder. The employee fell from the ladder and struck the concrete driveway, fracturing both wrists. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
