Incident Narrative
An employee was removing boxes from an automatic conveyor because they were not sealed properly. Her movement in her working space adjacent to the conveyor line became hindered by the multiple boxes she removed from the conveyor, so she went to push the conveyor stop. As she was doing this, she tripped and fell, breaking her knee cap (patella).
