Incident Narrative
An employee was unrolling a roll of 2-gauge metal by hand. While pulling against a pipe wrench to roll the metal, he tried to keep the metal from bunching up by placing his hand between the spool and the rollers it sat on. He pulled on the wrench, and his left-hand ring finger got caught between the rollers. His middle fingertip was partially amputated.
