On October 30, 2015 at approximately 7:45 PM, an employee was feeding material into the conveyor belt assembly that carries the material to the shredder. The shredder jammed. The employee's leg got caught in the shredder as he pushed material into the shredder. The shredder tore part of his left lower calf and bone.
