Incident Narrative
An employee was hospitalized due to a severe cut while working on a TigerCat 234 Loader. The compensator was forcibly ejected from the valve body by hydraulic fluid pressure cutting the webbing between his left hand index and middle finger and forcing hydraulic fluid into the cut.
