Incident Narrative

The injured employee was working inside a sleeper detached from the truck. He was repairing the interior of the sleeper when a forklift driver lifted the sleeper approximately three feet off the ground. The injured employee stepped out of the sleeper and fell on his arm and shoulder breaking his upper left arm.
