Incident Narrative

An employee was testing A/C equipment, reading the voltage of the compositor by placing the alligator clamps on the A/C. The employee was shocked by the A/C unit, which was not locked out at the time, and he passed out on top of the bus bar. He received a third degree burn on his left cheek and left hands.
