Incident Narrative
The employee was installing a shaker box on a plow when he inadvertently bumped the shaker box causing it to move on the jacks and pinch his right ring finger between the shaker box and the mounting arm of the plow. The employee sustained a fingertip amputation with loss of a finger nail.
