Incident Narrative
An employee was preparing rice for the Brandeis University catering service. When the rice was finished cooking, the employee pulled the hotel pan out of the cooker. The residual water left over from the cooking process splashed out of the pan and onto the employee's lower right arm, causing second degree burns.
