Incident Narrative
An employee was cleaning out a mud pond when his right leg, up to his shin, became stuck in the mud. He was unable to free himself. A coworker used a high-pressure washing wand to try to loosen the area around the employee's leg. The pressure wand got too close and cut through the employee's boot, lacerating the side of his right foot from the small toe to the middle. He was hospitalized and received stitches.
