Incident Narrative
On August 10, 2015, an employee suffered an injury to his right great (big) toe when a coil that was sitting upright on the floor fell on its side and onto the employee's foot while the employee attempted to spin the coil. The coil was being moved from storage to production. At this time the employee has been hospitalized and it is unknown if a partial amputation will occur.
