Incident Narrative
An employee sustained a serious leg injury while he was attempting to dismount a CAT paving machine. The employee was in the process of dismounting the equipment, slipped and suffered a puncture to the knee from a bolt protruding on the machine. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
