Incident Narrative

An employee was mowing a lawn using a riding mower. The employee was mowing on a hillside with wet grass when the mower began to slide down the hill. The mower eventually contacted a parking curb and the employee was ejected from the mower. His left foot got caught under the mower deck and he sustained amputation injuries to the two small toes on his left foot.
