Incident Narrative
Two employees were in a UPS delivery truck trying to replicate an issue a driver had reported with the truck. When the driver took a hard left turn, the employee in the passenger seat fell out of the truck and landed on his head, requiring hospitalization. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
