Incident Narrative
An employee was helping the lead repairman remove the fan drive from a truck. Both were using a long handle torque wrench. The employee was assisting for leverage. The lead repairman was pushing down the wrench and the employee's right hand was in the way. The employee had 3/4 inch of the tip of his right hand ring finger amputated.
