Incident Narrative

On 07/24/2015, at 1:15 PM, an employee was struck by the front tire of a forklift truck while stabilizing a compressor that was being transported. The employee stumbled and fell, and the forklift ran up his right leg, crushing it nearly to the knee. The employee's left foot got crushed and he suffered broken bones in his right leg (tibia and fibula).
