Incident Narrative

An employee was preparing for work at the line 4B tender clipping station. She was adjusting her work stand to the correct height when the stand slipped out of her hand. Her left middle finger was pinched between the work stand framework and the framework of the cone line. Her left middle finger was amputated between the nail-bed and first knuckle.
