Incident Narrative
An employee was standing on a step ladder installing temporary lighting. The employee was handed an electrical whip/flexible conduit. The wires in the conduit were live, 277 volts. The employee received an electric shock from the wiring and fell off the ladder. As the employee fell off the ladder his left foot went between two rungs and he fractured his lower left leg.
