Incident Narrative
The injured employee and another worker were working at an elevation of 10 feet, 7 inches on top of a mezzanine while landing bundles of decking that were being moved by a crane. The bundle of decking had to be spun by the crane in order to be landed correctly. The employee lost his footing during this process and fell from the beam he was standing on.
