Incident Narrative
An employee sat down on a large rock during a nature hike to take a picture with youth campers. The rock broke away from the ground and the employee slid down the hill with the rock, getting pinned between the rock and hillside. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured pelvis and hip injuries.
