Incident Narrative
An employee was setting up Planer #2, a wood cutting machine, to cut lumber. He dropped his wrench in the machine, which was running at the time. As he reached in to retrieve his wrench, his hand got caught in the roller and the other moving parts, peeling the skin from his right hand and three middle fingers.
