Incident Narrative

Employees were unloading the BOP from the trailer to start nippling up. The injured employee was assisting in the lift and had his hand on one of the cables. His gloved hand was pulled into a pulley when the BOP shifted, resulting in the amputation of the middle fingertip on his right hand.
