On May 15, 2015, at approximately 8:30 a.m., an employee was hospitalized after inhaling smoke from an electrical fire at the Switchgear No. 7 Substation. Before the incident, mechanical technicians working at the oil recovery plant heard an explosion and noticed a fire at the substation.
