Incident Narrative

An employee loading trucks walked from one trailer to a second trailer on the loading dock and did not notice that the second trailer had been moved from that location. He fell off of the loading dock and landed on the ground below, receiving injuries to his right collar bone and pelvis and requiring hospitalization.
