Incident Narrative

The employee was helping to secure a concrete wall panel that a backhoe was putting into place. The panel was secured and then the backhoe released the load, but the bottom of the panel came loose. The panel fell and struck the employee in the chest and left hand. The employee sustained broken ribs and abrasions on his hand.
