Incident Narrative
An employee was inspecting pipe threads on a production line. A set of stops were removed for single-pipe roll down. After manually moving a pipe, another pipe came into contact with the employee's hand. His hand got caught and crushed between both pipes, resulting in an amputation from the tip to the first joint of his right-hand pinky finger.
