Incident Narrative

An employee was delivering roof trusses to a new residential home site. The delivery truck bed was on an angle allowing the trusses to slide off the truck bed. A wooden girder came off the top of the stack striking the employee in the back and right foot. The employee had broken ribs and a broken right foot.
