Incident Narrative
At approximately 11:20 a.m., four employees were relocating a rolling scaffold hooch. While trying to move the hooch into position, one of the caster wheels got stuck. The employee tried to redirect the caster to align it with the others. His right-hand pinky finger got caught between the hooch's scaffold leg and a steel saw horse, resulting in an amputation to the fourth digit on the right hand just above the first joint.
