Incident Narrative
The employee was tasked with cleaning insulators inside a transformer rectifier set. The employee reached inside the cabinet with a rag that had a mixture of vinegar and water on it to clean the insulator. An electrical arc struck the fingers of his left hand. The voltage is 307 volts and the amperage is unknown.
