Incident Narrative

An employee was operating a zero turn lawn mower and became stuck. When trying to free the mower, the employee lost his footing and fell backwards striking his head on some rocks. The employee was dazed, but continued to work. The next morning he was found in bed partially paralyzed and could not communicate.
