An employee's right hand and upper arm got caught while loading clothing into a baling machine used to form 100-pound, shippable units of recycled articles of clothing. The machine got activated during the strapping process to secure the load at various points. His hand/arm were caught inside the machine for at least three hours, causing a laceration and fracture.
