Incident Narrative

The injured employee was removing a section of a protective walkway. He was using a stepladder to climb beside the walkway to remove a sheet of plywood. He stepped from the stepladder to the top of the protective walkway. The walkway collapsed to the ground with the employee on top. He broke his left femur and dislocated his knee.
