An employee using a pallet jack, which was trailing behind him, attempted to walk through flap doors while a forklift operator was driving through the doors from the opposite direction. The forklift had a pallet on the forks. The operator drove forward, blew the horn, and continued to drive through the doors, hitting the employee on the left leg with the pallet.
