The injured employee was auditing inventory/scanning freight using a ladder. The employee was holding on to the ladder with the right hand and held a telxon in the left hand. While descending the ladder, the employee missed the third step and fell approximately 4 feet to the ground. The employee landed on the left leg, breaking it in several places.
