Incident Narrative

A safe door closed on the employee's right middle finger. Her finger was bleeding, so she sat down on the chair by the safe. When she stood up, she fainted and fell forward, hitting her face on the computer console on the edge of the desk. She was discovered by a coworker on the floor. The employee broke her tooth. She was admitted to the hospital.
