Incident Narrative

Four employees were attempting to unload a pool heater from a truck. In the process of moving or repositioning the heater, which was on top of a pallet, to the truck's lift gate, one employee got his left pinky finger pinched between the pallet and the heater. The employees were repositioning the pallet so that they could use the pallet jack to move the pallet to the lift gate.
