Employee was mixing baking dough when the batch of dough came out of the mixer striking the employee in the abdomen. Employee finished shift after being struck and went home for the night. Employee was experiencing abdominal pain and went to the hospital the following morning at approximately 2am. Employee was admitted for internal abdominal bleeding.
