Incident Narrative
An employee was working on an offshore barge and fell while trying to connect a hook to a lowered boom of a crane. The employee braced his fall with his hands, fracturing his right wrist. The employee was taken to the hospital by helicopter to receive treatment. A cast was placed on the employee's right wrist and he was kept overnight for observation.
