Incident Narrative
At approximately 4:30 a.m., an employee was changing a carbon monoxide cylinder. The employee fainted, fell, and fractured his nose. He was transported to Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX; due to the elevated amount of carbon monoxide in his blood, he was then transferred to the Memorial Herman Hospital and admitted at 11:30.
