Incident Narrative

An employee's hand was fractured when a 1700 pound John Deere fuel tank fell from a transporter cart the employee was pushing. The tank fell because the cart frame broke. The support bar for the tank struck the employee's right hand as it fell. The employee sustained fractures and a severed tendon.
