In the warehouse, employee was standing on a 6-foot ladder adjusting some boxes with appliances inside when the ladder shifted a little bit. He was working from the top step and fell to the concrete floor on his right side. He sustained five fractured ribs, a laceration to his liver, and a lacerated or punctured spleen.
