Incident Narrative

On January 27, 2015 at approximately 3:07 pm, employees had placed a casket in a five foot grave. When they lifted the liner to cover the casket, the ground gave out and one employee fell into the grave breaking both his leg (both the tibia and fibula). He was taken to Beaumont Army Medical Center for in-patient hospitalization and surgery to repair his leg.
