Incident Narrative

On 1/24/2015, an employee was lifting a tray of mail to load a truck and felt pain in the stomach. Employee went home ill at about 9:30 a.m. Later that day, the employee went to Kaiser Hospital in Roseville, California, and was admitted. The employee had surgery for a double hernia on 1/25/2015.
