On or about 1/21/2015 at 9:00am, a worker on a stick machine located on the gin at Johnson's Gin Co. in Silverstone, Texas, fell from a 5ft ladder and landed on top of the stick machine catching his hand on the equipment and breaking both bones in his forearm resulting in hospitalization.
