Incident Narrative

An employee was helping the truck driver load equipment onto a flatbed truck. They were covering the equipment with a tarp. The tarp began to slip, causing the employee to lose balance and fall onto the concrete platform 4 feet below the flatbed surface. The employee was taken to Willis Knighton North Medical Center and admitted. The employee suffered a compression fracture to the L-1 Vertebrae.
