Incident Narrative
An employee working in the parts department was dragging boxes from the outside to the inside of a warehouse when the boxes got caught on a stack of tires. The employee lost his balance and fell to the ground. The employee was transported by ambulance to Baylor Hospital Dallas where he was hospitalized with a hip fracture.
