Employee was moving pallets by hand, wearing heavy cloth gloves. A piece of wood penetrated his glove and cut his left thumb. The incident was not reported at the time of the incident. On January 20, 2015, the employee called his supervisor and reported that his thumb was infected and he had been admitted to the hospital.
