Incident Narrative

Employees were moving equipment into the trailer and removed the stairs to the trailer. Upon exiting the trailer, an employee forgot the stairs were removed and fell about 3 feet to the ground. Employee has 2 broken ribs, broken scapula, and a dislocated shoulder.
