Remedy: REPLACE OR REPOSITION THE HANDRAILS TO STOP CLOTHING FROM BEING CAUGHT. INSPECT HANDRAIL FOR PROPER CLAMP TO BRACE HEIGHT AND PROPER BOLT INSTALLATION WITH NO MORE THAN 2 TO 3 THREADS SHOWING. KIT IS NEEDED TO CORRECT UNACCEPTABLE CONDITIONS.
