What's wrong

THE CONNECTING ROD AND LEVER ASSEMBLIES AND BASE PLATE ASSEMBLIES ON THE INVOLVED PASSENGER DOORS WERE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE.

Remedy

THE MANUFACTURER WILL REPLACE ALL DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS ON PASSENGER DOORS WITHOUT CHARGE.
